Sometimes a single session is all that's needed. 
 
This longer one-off* discounted single session is for those times when you may just need a space of quietness and presence to check in and connect. Or perhaps you are unable to commit to a full coaching package but need some acute support. It is also suitable if you would like to have a coaching package but wish to experience a full session first. 
 
We will focus on whatever is uppermost for you, from a place of deep quiet presence, hearing within you that which is in distress and needs tending, but also that which is beyond distress and offers you the wisdom answers you need.
